103.1°

It literally took 48 hours for Joseph's fever to break. After about 36 hours, I became especially concerned when I set Joseph down on his feet and his legs buckled under him. I took him to the ready care, got right in, and the doctor diagnosed an especially bad ear infection. We started antibiotics asap, but were up half the night trying to make him comfortable enough to sleep since the acetaminophen only seemed to be shaving off a degree or two. This morning, our happy Joseph is back! Hallelujah!

Oh we just went through high fevers with EVERYONE this past week and it was horrible. Did you do the whole tylenol/motrin overlap thing? It works a lot better than just one or the other.

Glad he's feeling better!
